Do I need experience to join?
No.
We work with complete beginners, intermediates, and experienced models. If you are new, everything is taught step-by-step. If you are experienced, we help you optimise, scale, and earn more efficiently.
How come the agency fee is so low? Most agencies take 20-50%+. This seems too good to be true …
Soft Life Models was built on the belief that everyone deserves a fair opportunity to succeed in this industry without being overcharged, misled, or taken advantage of. We deduct an unheard 5% agency fee because we understand the realities and struggles of starting out, staying consistent, and trying to build real income in an industry where high deductions often slow progress and create unnecessary pressure. Our ethos is centred on high payouts, ethical management, and long-term sustainability — when you keep more of what you earn, you grow faster and stay motivated. As a female-run agency led by women with first-hand, up-to-date experience in webcamming, we provide practical guidance based on what actually works on today’s platforms, not outdated theory. We know the challenges around confidence, faceless options, boundaries, algorithms, and burnout, and we are here to support you through every stage with current training, honest advice, and a supportive environment. Our goal is not control, but education and empowerment — giving every woman, regardless of background or experience level, a fair and realistic chance to earn, grow, and succeed on her own terms.
Can I do this faceless?
Yes.
You can work fully faceless. This does not stop you from earning well when positioned correctly. We teach faceless-specific strategies so you are not disadvantaged.
Will being faceless affect my earnings?
Not necessarily.
Earnings depend more on consistency, engagement, strategy, and time online than showing your face. Many successful models choose to stay faceless.
Are there expectations on how I should look?
No.
There is no required body type, look, or aesthetic. Success comes from positioning, confidence, and engagement — not fitting a stereotype.
Can I do this alongside another job or studies?
Yes.
This work is flexible and can be done evenings or weekends. Many models start part-time and scale when ready. Many models find that they outearn their previous 9-5 earnings within the first 2 weeks online.
This work is completely flexible around your schedule. Streaming hours can be done in the evenings, around childcare, around part-time/full-time employment etc.
How much can I earn?
Earnings completely vary based on your time online, consistency, and strategy. There are other factors which affect your earning potential that we explore more in the training, these are the main points.
Some models earn side hustle income so just 5-10 hours per week and only focus on making extra couple £100s, others scale to full-time earnings working 25 hours + per week on our Intermediate and Boss programmes and see earnings upwards of £8,000-10,000 per month. We provide proven systems, guidance, and support to maximise your potential. Hourly rates can fluctuate from $25-250+ per hour (take home pay), depending on factors mentioned. Each day is different which is why - especially at the beginning - can be the most difficult as you build from scratch, consistency is crucial to earn a high hourly rate.
Can I work anonymously?
Yes.
You do not need to use your real name. All of our models work under stage names, never reveal their location, geo-block areas/regions and keep their identity completely private. It is against terms and conditions to share any personal details and go offsite, your safety is our priority.
Can I do this on an iPad or phone?
You can stream on an iPad/iPhone/smartphone/laptop. This is completely your preference, many of our models prefer using an iPad to stream for easier navigation as it’s a wider screen. However this is down to your convenvience.
Is this safe? What about leaked content?
Your safety and privacy are a priority.
If any content is ever leaked, the platforms we work with act very quickly with DMCA takedowns and removal requests. We guide you on best practices to protect your content and respond promptly if issues arise.
How does tax work?
You are classed as self-employed.
This means you declare your earnings and can deduct allowable expenses. We work closely with an accounting firm who specialise in this industry and knows the ins and outs, you’ll never be left alone to figure this out.
What happens after I apply?
Once accepted:
